Who we are

This website is run by BR Global Limited, registered in England, registered office 22 Argyle Road, Walsall, England, WS4 2EX. For any question about your personal data, email [email protected].

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or quote request we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, destination country, your message and the products in your quote list. We do not use this website to take payments.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and manage any order that follows. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, and order records for as long as UK tax and company law requires.

Your quote list and cookies

Your quote list is stored in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you return. It is not sent to us until you submit the quote form, and you can clear it at any time on the quote list page. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and all fonts and images are served from this website.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
